Traffic and Pedestrian Safety
Our patrols are doing a great job helping everyone cross at our crosswalk on 78th Ave, however many people are still jaywalking at various points in front of and on the west side of the school. For the safety of all, please use the crosswalks. We also need to remind all parents and community members that the speed limit in and around the school is 30km or lower. Please drive slowly in these zones and pay close attention to all your surroundings as we have had some reports of drivers going too fast as well as students crossing in unsafe ways. Let’s take care of each other by following these traffic/pedestrian expectations. Thank you for supporting the safety of our students.
